Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Olevano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional for tangy flavor)
  • Freshly grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together Olevano Extra Virgin Olive Oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  3. Stir in balsamic vinegar for an extra depth of flavor.
